WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING FOR

AMBE CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is one of the top recruitment agencies in India who have internationally renowned construction companies and oil and gas majors as their clients in the Middle East. The company has also a number of clients in India for whom they recruit manpower. The company has its head office in Mumbai and branch office in Chandigarh. Additional branches are envisaged at New Delhi and Chennai in the very near future.

WHAT THE COMPANY HAS AND HOW THEY FUNCTION

The company receives orders from its clients. The company has a job portal called ambe.com in which all orders are posted. CV’s of candidates who apply for jobs are also posted in the website. All details of status of orders, interview schedules, and other pertinent details are entered into the website.

The company has also subscribed to job portals such as Monster.com and Naukri.com from where we draw inputs against the requirements from our clients, besides our own databank, advertisement responses and other sources which also include surfing the net for suitable candidates.

The company has a staff strength of about 100 presently in Mumbai and Chandigarh and also has resident staff at Delhi, Chennai, Cochin, and Hyderabad.

WHERE YOU FIT IN AND WHAT YOU ARE TO DO ?

The company’s volume of business is growing at a fast pace and is in need of additional resources to handle the work load. The office space constraints and the flexibility available with the line of the company’s business afford it the advantage of having people work from their home to meet its demands. Therefore the company is looking for:

(a)

Qualified and experienced degree or diploma holders in any engineering discipline or people who have proven recruitment experience who can contribute in the following areas from home full time or part time as Technical Consultants in order to achieve the company’s objectives. The option of working full time or part time is with the candidate

Surf the net and source the CV ’s of suitable candidates against the requirements of the company, details of which will be periodically forwarded to you.
The short listed CV’s should be posted in Ambe.com
A daily brief report should be sent to company advising the client order no., positions for which CV ’s have been sourced and posted in Ambe.com with the details of candidates name, position, qualification, no. of years experience in India/Abroad; projects where he has worked.

(b)

Data-Entry Operators/General Assistants who should preferably be convent-educated and have good communication skills in English who will be required to carry out the following tasks.

CV’s received from candidates through email or post will be forwarded to you to enter in Ambe.com and return the CV’s to the company (mail CV’s). A daily report indicating the number of CV’s entered into the website should be prepared and sent to the company giving the name of the candidate, position, passport number, education, experience in India/Overseas, projects in which he has worked and special qualifications if any.
Other data entry work shall also be given to them to post in the system.
They will also be required to periodically devote their time to call candidates for interviews. Details of interview schedules, venues and other pertinent information will be made available to you along with details of candidates who are to be called. You are to call all of them and confirm that they will attend the interviews and send a report on a daily basis to company stating how many candidates confirmed and how many not available and how many not interested and how many could not contacted.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE :

You should have as a minimum, a computer with internet connection at home. You should also have a telephone with STD facilities at your home. These are essential for communication between the company and you and also between you and the candidates with whom you would have to interact.

You will be given a detailed briefing and training at the Company’s Head Office in Bandra, Mumbai and your duties and responsibilities will be fully explained to you.

You will be required to sign an NDA with the company committing that you will not disclose any information, data or other details relating to the company, its clients, candidates, systems and procedures, etc. etc. which you will come across in the course of your interaction with the company.

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL PROVIDE AS COMPENSATION?

The company will reimburse you the cost of the internet and telephone usage insofar as it concerned its business only. Or based on the amount of work, a sum can be fixed per month for this purpose as can be mutually agreed.

For the individuals who will work as Technical Consultants from home, they will be paid a fixed sum per candidate. However, the candidate short listed by them should be also short listed by the company for interview or selected by company as the case may be.

For the Data Entry Operators/General Assistants, they will be paid a fixed sum per CV posted in the Ambe.com portal. They will also be paid a fixed sum per hour for calling candidates for interviews, etc.
